I remember i went to Vegas 3 years ago for my graduation celebration, with like 10 buddies.
We all got fake IDs to get into the bars and casinos and we went crazy! I won like 250$ on slots and blew it all on drinks one nite(i got drunk and kept insisting on buying the rounds for the ENTIRE bar, i was pretty popular for that)
Your Vegas is showing!
I bought a video card that won’t fit in my computer unless I remove the little tabs often used to remove RAM from the slot. I need to remove one of them from all of my RAM slots to get my video card to fit. Is it safe? I DO NOT need to remove the tabs on the other side of the RAM, nor remove the tab on the video card slot. No connector pins are going to be removed.
The computer is upright, but the tabs I’m removing will be the lower ones. The ram slots are vertical when the computer is upright
Even in both the holding and eject positions the tabs are in the way (due to the large heatsink on the card, no, it’s not a 2-slot one)
Strangely enough, most newer high performance AGP cards are built this way. GeForce 7800 and Radeon X1950 (Can you believ they still make AGP versions?) have gigantic heatsinks.
