I don’t want to use canned air because it blows liquid too. What’s a good effective way, that won’t cause damage?

lol dont worry just leave it awhile so any moisture dries. You can blow into them to clear them and it’ll be fine.

Canned air is the best. Just don’t shake or hold upside down and there won’t be any moisture.

With canned air - as long as you use short bursts and never trun the can on it’s side or upside down, there shouldn’t be any liquid coming out. Even if there is, this liquid is extremely volatile and will evaporate immediately and poses no risk to the computer (which should be switched off - right?!). I’ve found that the comprssed air sold in camera shops is usually the most reliable and produced the least liquid (even on its side).
If you really don’t want to use air, I’d use a little bit of lint-free paper/cloth with an alcohol such as ethanol or methanol.
