So after I open up a game to play, my keyboard shuts off and I can no longer use it in that USB slot anymore. I have to keep moving my keyboard to a new USB slot to make it work. If this keeps up I won’t have anymore slots to use for my keyboard.
Do you know how I can fix that?

Get yourself an External Powered USB Hub. Your keyboard is using more power that the USB port can deliver. Hubs are cheap, about $10 and up. Be sure to get one that plugs into the wall outlet.
